Armor Plate® Pipe Wrap (“APPW”) products were developed to provide the oil and gas industry with an economical structural pipeline repair system for corroded and mechanically-damaged pipes.

AP 360 MP Pipe Wrap (Multi-Purpose)

Armor Plate® 360 Multi-Purpose Pipe Wrap is a composite structural pipeline repair system. APPW has been engineer tested; it is recognized by Department of Transportation DOT/Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) as the model for composite repairs.

AP 360 MP Pipe Wrap for Branch Connections

Armor Plate® 360 Multi-Purpose Pipe Wrap for Branch Connections with External Corrosion and Mechanical Damage. Once cured, the AP 360 MP Pipe Wrap has been engineer tested and designed for operating temperatures ranging from -60° F to 195° F (-51° C to 91° C). AP 360 MP Pipe Wrap may be applied in world-wide environments with ambient temperature and/or operating temperature up to 195° F (91° C).

AP 360 MP Pipe Wrap For Wrinkle Bends (Type II)

 “Armor Plate® 360 Multi-Purpose Pipe Wrap for Wrinkle Bends. Once cured, the AP 360 MP Pipe Wrap has been engineer tested and designed for operating temperatures ranging from -60° F to 195° F (-51° C to 91° C). AP 360 MP Pipe Wrap may be applied in world-wide environments with ambient temperature and/or operating temperature up to 195° F (91° C).”

AP360 UW (Under Water)

Armor Plate® 360 Under Water Pipe Wrap For External Corrosion and Mechanical Damage. Once cured, the AP 360 UW System has been tested and designed for operating temperatures ranging from -60° F to 195° F (-51° C to 91° C). The AP 360 UW Pipe Wrap System may be applied on wet pipe and underwater with water temperatures ranging from 45° F (7° C) to >100° F (38° C).

AP 360 HT (High Temperature)

Armor Plate® 360 HT Pipe Wrap For External Corrosion and Mechanical Damage. Once cured, the AP 360 HT System has been tested and designed for operating temperatures ranging from -60°F to 350° F (-51° C to 177° C). The AP 360 HT Pipe Wrap System may be applied in world-wide environments with ambient temperature and/or operating temperature ranging from 195° F to 350°F (91° C to 177° C).

AP 360 ZED (Cold Temperature and Sub-Zero)

Armor Plate® 360 ZED Pipe Wrap For External Corrosion and Mechanical Damage. Once cured, the AP 360 ZED System has been tested and designed for operating temperatures ranging from -60° F to 160° F (-51° C to 71° C). The AP 360 ZED Pipe Wrap System may be applied in world-wide environments with ambient temperature and/or operating temperature ranging from 32° F to 60° F (0° C to 16° C).

AP 370 PLC (Pipe Line Coating)

Armor Plate® 370 Pipeline Coating is an epoxy composite coating system that is ideal for protecting pipe against abrasion, harsh environmental conditions and external corrosion.

AP 385 PMC (Pipeline Maintenance Coating)

Armor Plate® 385 Pipeline Maintenance Coating is a brush applied, ceramic filled coating system designed for application to steel, concrete, etc. It is used to protect the surfaces against strong chemicals encountered in the chemical and related industries.

Armor Plate® Installation

Armor Plate®s Pipe Wrap was developed to provide the oil and gas industry with an economical structural repair system for corroded and mechanically-damaged pipes. The material will also repair concrete, steel, vinyl, and fiberglass pipe.
